New Login Email

You received an email from Execupay regarding login procudures for PlatinumPay or PlatinumHR because you are registered as a user on one of those systems.

Dear Execupay Client,

You are receiving this email because you are a registered user of either PlatinumPay or PlatinumHR and we have changed some of the login procedures for these applications.

Most of you already login by visiting www.execupay.com, if this is the case for you there is no change for you and no need to read any further.

If you login via www.platinumpay.net, from now on please go to www.execupay.com and click on your login link (PlatinumPay or PlatinumHR) in the “Log.in” section on the lower right of our homepage.

If you login via Remote Desktop, we urge you to login the method described above.  If you have special circumstances where you must login via Remote Desktop (like you are running an Apple or Linux computer), please contact your payroll specialist so our technical support team can assist you.
